Description:
A growing precision manufacturing company specializing in
CNC
machining and fabrication,
located in McDonald, PA, is
seeking a motivated
CNC
Machinist/Programmer
to join
their
team. Whether you are an experienced machinist or someone with limited experience eager to learn, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Key
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and program
CNC
machines, including a
Haas
CNC
Mill & Lathe
and a
CNC
Router with Siemens Control
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models
Utilize
SolidWorks CAD/CAM
(experience is a plus, but not required)
Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on
CNC
machines
Work collaboratively with team members to optimize machining processes and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
&
Experience:
Previous
CNC
machining experience is preferred, but
willing to train
candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with
Haas
CNC
and/or
Siemens Control
is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience with
SolidWorks CAD/CAM
is a plus, but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or machining certification is a plus
