Accounts Payable Specialist - Robinson Township / Coraopolis
- Accounts Payable – Process incoming vendor invoices, obtain necessary approvals from project managers, voucher to ERP, prepare check runs and ACH/wire payments. Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Accounts Receivable – Process customer invoices, create and enter into ERP, distribute to project managers and customers, follow up with collections and enter cash applications into ERP.
- General Accounting – month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis & reporting
- Other duties as required
Skills Needed- Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Extensively proficiency working with computers, therefore experience and comfort with IT a must.
Requirements:- Associate’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of general business experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Infor Visual experience a plus
