    About Us

    At the library, we connect the community to much needed resources. Residents able to borrow a variety of non-traditional items (including metal detectors, mobile hot spots, carpet cleaners and more). People of all ages come here to learn new skills and meet new people. WACL provides meaningful, life enhancing, and life changing services.

    We do have books, but thats not all!
    Our Book Bus rocks!!  We make many stops throughout the community, including over 13 monthly visits to local preschools and daycares.
    Exploring and creating together.
    STEM programs are always a big hit!
    Painting with nature.
    Building with blocks helps to develop hand-eye cordination, teaches early math and engineering skills, improves fine motor and builds spatial awareness.  Of course, it also creates a home for the animals!
    Attend a program in our backyard, grab a friend and come play or rent the space for your own event.
    Bring your lunch and stay all day or grab a snack from our vending machines.
