Scouting Golf Classic

Please join us as we return to Fox Chapel Golf Club on June 27, 2022. It is one of the top 100 courses in the country, offering a challenging layout at 6,696 yards, and its distinctive elevated, multi-tiered greens require golfers of all levels to play unique and imaginative shots. Proceeds from the Scouting Golf Classic directly benefit the Laurel Highlands Council in its efforts to help mold the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and life-long values with fun! Thanks to the generosity of its supporters in Western Pennsylvania through events like the Scouting Golf Classic, the Laurel Highlands Council has been able to provide local Scouts with top quality camps and facilities which are fundamental to helping young men and women on their journey toward Eagle Scout. We believe and understand that helping youth puts us on a path toward a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society. Fox Chapel Golf Club is the premier family club in Pittsburgh and one of the finest in the nation. The golf course is consistently ranked among the Top 100 Best Classic Courses in by Golfweek Magazine, Top 10 Courses in Pennsylvania by LINKSmagazine, Golfweek’s Best 2020 Private Courses State by State, The Best Golf Courses in Pennsylvania by Golf Digest, The Top 10 Seth Raynor Courses by LINKSmagazine.com, and in The 100 Most Prestigious Golf Clubs in the world by Links Magazine. The championship layout served as host of the 2002 Curtis Cup and the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Senior Players Championships.
